The ADEL System FLEX50024A is a high-power 24V DIN rail power supply designed for demanding industrial automation, machinery and control-system applications. Manufactured in Italy, it delivers up to 25A and 600W while maintaining a compact 85mm-wide DIN rail enclosure.
The FLEX50024A uses a manually selectable 115 or 230VAC single-phase input and provides a regulated 24VDC output adjustable from 22 to 27VDC. Its flexible power capability provides continuous output according to ambient temperature, with up to 600W available at lower operating temperatures and strong overload support for demanding start-up loads.
High efficiency, active output monitoring, a Power Good relay and three selectable output-protection modes make the FLEX50024A suitable for PLC systems, motors, actuators, industrial computers and other equipment requiring a robust high-current 24V supply.

The supply is designed to withstand heavy overload conditions without immediate shutdown. Its constant-power behaviour assists with difficult loads such as motors and large capacitive circuits, while its overload performance supports protective-device coordination in machinery applications.
The FLEX50024A provides three selectable responses to output overload or short-circuit conditions: manual reset, hiccup mode and continuous-output mode. This allows the protection behaviour to be matched to the requirements of the connected equipment.
A Power Good relay provides a volt-free status signal for PLCs, alarms and supervisory systems. The relay changes state when the 24V output falls below the monitored operating threshold, helping users detect supply or load problems quickly.
