Relec offers all our customers the benefit of any standard manufacturer warranty. Details of the manufacturer’s warranty are available prior to purchase of goods.
We also offer customers the option to purchase an extended warranty and the warranty period shall be in accordance with the manufacturer’s extended warranty policy.

If any goods fail to meet the relevant standards covered by the warranty within the applicable warranty period:

you should notify us at enquiries@relec.co.uk or 01929 555700 as soon as possible with all details required by us to liaise with the relevant manufacturer as notified by us, you may be required to return the goods to us or the relevant manufacturer as your cost we will submit your claim to the relevant manufacturer as soon as is practicable after we have received all necessary details and/or the goods in question.

No credit notes shall be issued in respect of any warranty claim until and unless such warranty claim has been approved and where any due refunds have been repaid to Relec by the relevant manufacturer.

All decisions in respect of warranty claims by the relevant manufacturer are final.
