The ADEL System FLEX28024A is a compact, high-performance 24V DIN rail power supply for industrial automation, machinery and control-panel applications. Manufactured in Italy, it delivers up to 14A and 336W from a narrow 72mm-wide enclosure.
The FLEX28024A uses a manually selectable 115 or 230VAC single-phase input and provides a regulated 24VDC output adjustable from 22 to 27VDC. Its flexible-power design supplies up to 14A at lower ambient temperatures, with continuous output capability across a wide industrial temperature range.
High efficiency, strong overload handling, a Power Good relay, three selectable protection modes and Easy Parallel operation make the FLEX28024A suitable for PLC systems, motors, actuators, industrial computers and other equipment requiring a reliable high-current 24V supply.

The FLEX28024A converts a single-phase AC input into a stable 24VDC supply for professional industrial equipment. Its compact design, natural-convection cooling and high power density make it well suited to control cabinets where available DIN rail space is limited.

The FLEX28024A provides output power according to ambient temperature, delivering 14A at 24VDC below 40°C, 12A below 50°C and 10A below 60°C. This provides continuous output power from 240W to 336W, depending on operating temperature.
A power-boost function can provide 150% of the 60°C rated current for at least three minutes, helping the supply support equipment with high start-up currents and temporary load peaks.
The FLEX28024A provides three selectable responses to overload and short-circuit conditions: hiccup mode, continuous-output mode and manual reset. This allows the protection behaviour to be matched to the connected load.
A Power Good relay provides a volt-free status signal for PLCs, alarms and supervisory systems, making it easier to detect output-voltage problems or loss of DC power.
The supply can start capacitive loads up to 50,000µF, making it suitable for electronic equipment with large input capacitors and demanding start-up characteristics.
Easy Parallel functionality allows compatible units to be connected where additional current capacity or system redundancy is required.
