The ADEL System FLEX17048A is a compact 48V DIN rail power supply designed for industrial automation, machinery and control-panel applications. Manufactured in Italy, it delivers up to 3.8A and approximately 182W from a space-saving enclosure.
The FLEX17048A uses a manually selectable 115 or 230VAC single-phase input and provides a regulated 48VDC output adjustable from 41 to 55VDC. Its flexible-power design maintains reliable output across a wide industrial temperature range and provides additional short-term current for demanding start-up loads.
High efficiency, strong overload handling, three selectable protection modes and Easy Parallel operation make the FLEX17048A suitable for communications equipment, industrial computers, drives, actuators and other systems requiring a dependable 48VDC supply.

The FLEX17048A converts a single-phase AC input into a stable 48VDC supply for professional industrial equipment. Its compact dimensions, high power density and natural-convection cooling make it well suited to control cabinets where available DIN rail space is limited.

The FLEX17048A provides a nominal 48VDC output at up to 3.8A. Its output can be adjusted from 41 to 55VDC, allowing the supply voltage to be matched to different loads, cable-voltage-drop requirements and system specifications.
A short-term power-boost capability helps the supply support equipment with elevated start-up currents or temporary load peaks. This is particularly useful with motors, capacitive electronic loads and other equipment that briefly requires more than its normal operating current.
The FLEX17048A provides three selectable responses to overload and short-circuit conditions: hiccup mode, continuous-output mode and manual reset. This allows the protection behaviour to be matched to the connected equipment.
The power supply is designed to start demanding capacitive loads, helping it operate reliably with industrial electronic equipment and DC loads that contain substantial input capacitance.
Compatible FLEX power supplies can be connected in parallel where additional output capacity or system redundancy is required.
