Description
The ADEL System CBI6024A is a compact 24V DIN rail DC UPS that combines a power supply, battery charger, backup controller and battery diagnostic system in a single industrial module. Manufactured in Italy, it is designed for control, communications, security and infrastructure applications requiring uninterrupted 24V DC power.
Operating from a wide 90 to 305VAC input, the CBI6024A supplies a 24V DC load at up to 2.5A, providing 60W of output power. During a mains failure, the connected battery supports the load without an interruption in the output supply.
Integrated Ethernet communication supports HTTPS, SNMP v3 and Modbus TCP/IP for remote configuration and monitoring. ADEL System Battery Care technology provides automatic multi-stage charging, battery diagnostics, impedance testing and deep-discharge protection for a range of industrial battery technologies.
ADEL System CBI6024A 24V 2.5A Ethernet DIN Rail DC UPS
A compact 60W all-in-one DC UPS with intelligent battery charging, automatic diagnostics and Ethernet-based remote monitoring.
The CBI6024A provides continuous 24V DC power for critical industrial equipment. The available current is automatically distributed between the load and the connected battery, with priority given to the load. When the AC supply fails, the battery supports the output immediately, avoiding interruption to connected equipment.

All-in-One 24V Backup Power
The unit combines a regulated power supply, battery charger, battery tester and DC UPS controller in one compact enclosure. It delivers up to 2.5A to the load and supports battery start operation when mains power is unavailable.
Battery Care Charging and Diagnostics
ADEL System Battery Care technology uses an automatic IUoU charging process with recovery, bulk, absorption, boost and float stages. The charger supports open and sealed lead-acid, gel, Ni-Cd and lithium batteries, while automatic diagnostics monitor battery connection, polarity, condition and internal impedance.
Ethernet Monitoring and Control
Built-in Ethernet connectivity supports HTTPS, SNMP v3 and Modbus TCP/IP, allowing operating data, battery status and alarms to be integrated into industrial networks, SCADA systems and remote monitoring platforms. ADELBus connectivity is also provided for compatible ADEL System equipment.
Compact DIN Rail Installation
The IP20 enclosure is suitable for DIN rail or wall mounting and uses convection cooling without a fan. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for control cabinets where panel space is limited.
