Description
The ADEL System CB2410AC is a compact 24V DIN rail battery charger designed for reliable battery management in industrial control, security and infrastructure applications. Manufactured in Italy, it combines switching power technology with ADEL System’s intelligent Battery Care charging system.
Operating from a wide 90 to 305VAC input, the CB2410AC provides a 24V DC charging output at up to 10A, delivering 240W of charging power. Its automatic multi-stage charging process supports open and sealed lead-acid, AGM, gel, Ni-Cd and compatible lithium battery technologies.
The charger includes automatic battery diagnostics, LED status indication and relay outputs for mains and battery alarms. Protection against short circuit, overload, overheating and reversed battery polarity helps provide dependable operation in demanding industrial installations.

Automatic Battery Care Charging
ADEL System’s Battery Care technology uses an automatic IUoUo multi-stage charging process with recovery, fast-charge and trickle-charge stages. This controlled charging method helps maximise battery performance and service life while allowing the charger to remain permanently connected during standby operation.
Battery Diagnostics and Fault Signalling
Integrated diagnostics monitor the connected battery and identify conditions such as reversed polarity, disconnection, incorrect battery voltage and possible shorted cells. LED indicators provide clear operating information, while galvanically isolated relay contacts allow mains failure, low-battery and battery-fault conditions to be reported to external monitoring equipment.
Compact DIN Rail Installation
The robust IP20 enclosure measures approximately 100 × 115 × 135mm and mounts on standard 35mm DIN rail. Its compact format makes the charger well suited to control cabinets where available installation space is limited.
