Description
The ADEL System CBI2410A is an all-in-one 24V DIN rail DC UPS combining a regulated power supply, intelligent battery charger, backup controller and battery diagnostic system in one industrial module. Manufactured in Italy, it is designed for automation, fire detection, security, telecommunications and other critical applications requiring dependable 24V DC power.
Operating from a wide single-phase AC input, the CBI2410A supplies a 24V DC load at up to 10A, providing 240W of rated output power. During a mains failure, the connected battery supports the load immediately with zero switching time, helping essential equipment remain operational.
ADEL System Battery Care technology provides automatic multi-stage charging, battery diagnostics, flat-battery recovery and protection against deep discharge. The unit also supports battery-assisted load currents above its nominal rating, making it suitable for equipment with demanding start-up or surge requirements.

The CBI2410A provides continuous 24V DC power for critical loads. Available power is automatically shared between the connected equipment and battery charging, with priority given to the load. If the AC supply fails, the battery supports the output immediately without interruption.

All-in-One 24V Backup Power
The unit combines a regulated power supply, battery charger, battery test system and DC UPS controller in a single DIN rail enclosure. It supplies up to 10A continuously from the internal power supply and can deliver additional current for demanding loads when supported by the connected battery.
Battery Care Charging and Diagnostics
ADEL System Battery Care technology manages charging through recovery, boost, absorption and float stages. Automatic diagnostics monitor battery connection, polarity and condition, while deep-discharge protection helps preserve battery life during extended backup operation.
High Surge Capability
With battery assistance, the CBI2410A can provide up to 20A continuously and a peak current of up to 30A for four seconds. This makes it well suited to loads with motors, capacitive inputs or other high start-up current requirements.
Battery Start and Alarm Signalling
The CBI2410A supports restart from battery when the mains supply is unavailable. Galvanically isolated relay contacts provide signalling for mains or backup status and for discharged or faulty battery conditions.
