Description
The Chinfa DRU30-24 is a 24V DC DIN rail UPS controller designed to maintain power to critical industrial equipment when the main DC supply is interrupted. Manufactured in Taiwan, it connects a 24V battery to the DC bus and supports load currents of up to 30A.
The controller operates from a 22.5 to 28V DC input and provides a regulated DC bus output range of approximately 22 to 27.5V. It is intended for use with 24V battery systems and includes automatic battery monitoring, charging control and low-voltage disconnection.
Built-in battery testing, reverse-polarity protection, alarm relay outputs and selectable charging current help provide dependable backup power in automation, control and monitoring installations. The compact DIN rail enclosure is convection cooled and supplied with a three-year manufacturer warranty.
Chinfa DRU30-24 24V 30A DIN Rail DC UPS Controller

The DRU30-24 is designed for use alongside a suitable 24V DC power supply and external battery. During normal operation, the connected power supply supports the load and charges the battery. If the main DC supply fails, the controller automatically transfers the load to battery power to help prevent interruption to connected equipment.

Automatic Battery Backup
The controller is connected in parallel with the DC bus and an external battery. If the normal DC input falls outside the operating range, the battery automatically supports the load. A low-voltage disconnect function helps protect the battery against excessive discharge.
Battery Monitoring and Alarm Functions
Built-in battery testing monitors the condition of the connected battery. LED indicators and relay alarm outputs provide status information for DC bus operation, battery discharge and battery failure, allowing integration with control or monitoring systems.
Compact DIN Rail Installation
The plastic enclosure measures approximately 54mm wide, 90mm high and 114mm deep and is designed for mounting on standard 35mm DIN rail. Free-air convection cooling eliminates the need for an internal fan.
