Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Relec Electronics Ltd, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss your return. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization by contacting Relec via sales@relec.co.uk or +44 (0)1929 555700 before returning any items.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. Relec reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing a refund or replacement.

Product Warranty

  • Certain products may carry 3-Year Warranty terms where indicated by the manufacturer.

Warranty coverage applies only to defects arising during normal use and does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
